The staff is incredible as are the sales people and their knowledge of the product. I've had the same mattress for eight years, though I travel a lot and rarely use it, the memory foam sank in where I slept (probably a year's worth out of... the eight). They've fixed it at no cost quickly picking it up and delivering it back two days later. Customer service is top notch. It's nice to have a bedding manufacturer in Knoxville. The 'try before you buy.'read more

Highly recommend this company! Visited Brothers Bedding this week and purchased our first mattress. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of Jack and all the help he provided while we tried out many of the beds. Jack... answered all of our questions and was very friendly. He made everything easy from start to finish and set up our delivery. He even guaranteed that if we had any issues with our new mattress that they could make adjustments to fit our level of comfort. Derrick was our sales person and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question that we had. He explained how they make the mattress at that location. He also told us that we’re guaranteed to love our mattress or they would... adjust to our preferences.
