Highly recommend this company! Visited Brothers Bedding this week and purchased our first mattress. Cannot say enough about the professionalism and knowledge of Jack and all the help he provided while we tried out many of the beds. Jack answered all of our questions and was very friendly. He made everything easy from start to finish and set up our delivery. He even guaranteed that if we had any issues with our new mattress that they could make adjustments to fit our level of comfort. Derrick was our sales person and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer every question that we had. He explained how they make the mattress at that location. He also told us that we’re guaranteed to love our mattress or they would adjust to our preferences. You can search all over for a mattress but I promise you’ll not get the quality and personal attentiveness that you’ll find here. Highly recommend this place.read more

My 83 year old grandmother was taken for a ride by this company for 88.00 she ask for a bed bug cover for her full size mattress and the girl working there gave her a topper instead and we took it back to them and this associate is clueless as to what customers want or need and because my grandmother had no idea about the return policy because she was never told not to open the product to being with they refused to take it back!!!! I will also be posting on the BBB site and we will no longer be customers of your fountain city store here in knoxville...read more

My husband and I have gone through several very expensive mattresses over the years and they all seem to fail after only a few years, even though they all say the mattresses would last for 5 or more years! I couldn't understand why mattress companies quite making double sided mattresses that could be rotated and flipped on a regular bases which would definitely extend the life of the mattress like it was numerous years ago. Low and behold we heard a advertisement on the radio for "Brothers Bedding" advertising double sided mattresses!!!! So off we went and met with a salesman by the of "Mitch". We thought going on a weekday, they wouldn't be that busy, wrong! It appeared Mitch was the only one working that day but he tactfully was able to personally meet with everyone in the store and was able to speak to everyone on the history of Brothers and the benefits of purchasing from them. My husband and I had already made up our mind that if we liked the mattresses, we wanted a double sided mattress with a medium softness. Mitch, immediately directed us too the two most common purchased double sided mattresses. After testing both the medium and soft mattresses, we were pleasantly surprised we liked the soft mattress. Mitch, again emphasized the history of the company along with its continued support to all of it's customers! He made the purchase seamlessly along with setting up the delivery day. As promised by Mitch and was advertised on the radio, we were called the night before and given a time of delivery the following day. The crew arrived on time and quickly removed our old mattress and setup the new one. It's been a few weeks since our delivery and we are overall happy with the mattress. We're hoping that with this mattress being double sided and the quality craftsmanship of Brothers Bedding, it'll be several years before we have to purchase another mattress. We had our new queen mattress and box delivered today. What can I say?? The whole experience with this company has been AMAZING! Our salesman, Mitch, at the North Peters store was by far the best salesman we've come across in a long time. He took the time to really listen to what we were looking for and needed in a new mattress, was knowledgeable about the products, and above all was nice (not pushy), funny, and personable. Yesterday, we were called to be told they had began putting our mattress together. Last night we were called with an estimated time for delivery. Today our delivery guys (who were also great!) called to let us know they would be there during said time and then again to give us 30 minute heads up that they were on their way. Unbelievably our mattress also came with a free protector, 2 free pillows, a free set of queen sheets, flip service for a year (4 times), and the promise to adjust the softness/firmness as needed for our comfort. Brothers Bedding has made this family customers for life! Super excited to sleep on our new mattress tonight!!read more

Amie greeted me as I walked in the door. I explained that I was looking for a new mattress. She listened to what I told her and made several suggestions. Then she showed me what might work. I tried every suggestion, eliminating mattresses as we talked. It didn't take long to narrow down the choices until I found exactly what was best for me. The delivery was fast and the guys were friendly. It's been about a month since my new mattress arrived.
