Went to the Broadway store and Virginia proceeded to help my wife and I. She quizzed us on health issues and sleep habits, then proceeded to show us beds that would fit our needs. No high pressure sales...We found the one that we felt met our needs and loved the fact that they would give us a 365 Comfort Guarantee. My wife and I bought our first Brothers Mattress back in Dec 2023. It was on an adjustable frame and cured by back pain. We bought our second mattress and adjustable frame this week (Feb 2024). We liked the first one so much we upgraded our guest bedroom. We visited the Maryville location both times and had two different sales people. They both showed us and let us try, the mattresses in the showroom and decide the one we liked. They described the different layers of each mattress, quoted prices and helped us decide which one we wanted. There was no pressure to buy, the mattresses sell themselves. They work with one party at a time while encouraging waiting parties to try out the mattresses. We are very happy with our purchases, the sales people and the delivery and set-up people. I recommend Brothers Bedding and Mattress Factory to a friend.

I want to start by saying Virginia Hall was one of the easiest sales associates to deal with. She was very knowledgeable about all the products that Brothers Bedding sold.We went in looking for a 2 sided mattress only. But once she knew why we were looking she mentioned the adjustable foundation.I am going to have major surgery and I think she was right. This is the second bed that we have purchased from Brothers Bedding and we are and have been extremely satisfied with both of them. The fact that we can flip these mattresses allows us from wearing down onside or the other. Also, the mattresses that were made the night before LOL are just as comfortable as the floor model was. Back in 2017 we purchased two Eloquence model beds from Brothers. Store Manager Mitch Hayes was great to work with... super knowledgeable about the different kinds of mattresses and their construction. And he was generous with his time...no hard sell. Delivery/installation was perfect and on time. The beds have stood the test of time (and body weight) for 7 years and are still in great condition. Today I went into the Bearden store and there was Mitch, still jovial, still generous with his time and explanations. We purchased a mattress for a different bed and look forward to its delivery this coming week.

We have had our Brothers bed for 3 years. At least once a week, my wife says, I love our bed! From the sales experience to the pick up experience, our interactions with the staff have been nothing less than exceptional. I would recommend not buying a bed until you have at least talked with Diana at the N. Peters store or Nick at the Callahan road location.
